Welcome to Dynamic Entertainment ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at dtxent.com (the "Site"), purchasing event tickets, subscribing to our mailing list, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services Overview

Dynamic Entertainment is a Texas-based live entertainment company that promotes, organizes, and facilitates access to concerts, comedy shows, pool parties, and other live events. Our Site serves as an informational hub and a gateway to purchase tickets through authorized third-party ticketing platforms including, but not limited to, Ticketmaster, TixPlug, and Saffire.

We do not directly process ticket transactions on our Site. All ticket purchases are completed through third-party platforms, each of which is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policies.

Ticket Purchases & Event Policies

When you purchase tickets to events promoted by Dynamic Entertainment, please be aware of the following:

• All ticket sales are processed through third-party ticketing platforms. Refund and exchange policies are determined by the specific ticketing platform and/or the venue hosting the event.
• Event dates, times, performers, lineups, and venues are subject to change without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes through our Site and mailing list.
• In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be handled by the original ticketing platform from which the ticket was purchased.
• Dynamic Entertainment is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
• All attendees must comply with venue rules, age restrictions, and local ordinances. Dynamic Entertainment and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behavior.

Fan Club & Mailing List

By subscribing to our Fan Club or mailing list through the Site, you consent to receive promotional emails, early access ticket announcements, and event-related communications from Dynamic Entertainment. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, promotional materials, event flyers, and the Dynamic Entertainment brand identity — is the property of Dynamic Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limited use for personal, non-commercial sharing of event information (such as sharing an event on social media) is permitted so long as proper credit is given.

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, exposure to loud sounds, crowded environments, inclement weather (for outdoor events), and the unpredictable actions of other attendees. By attending any event promoted by Dynamic Entertainment, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Entertainment, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your attendance at any event, or any interaction with third-party ticketing platforms. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Texas. By using our Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
